The idea began to take shape in the docks and shipyards of Panama, where one of the partners accumulated over 20 years of experience in underwater work, naval maintenance, and underwater welding. Over time, that experience turned into a conviction: Panama, as a hub of global maritime trade, needed a local company capable of offering professional, safe, and efficient underwater solutions.
The project gained momentum when the two partners shared a common vision: to create a company that would combine technical expertise, specialized technology, and a commitment to safety, in order to provide underwater cleaning, repair, and welding services that enable vessels to operate without interruption and with greater efficiency.
